I recently downloaded the myPANTONE for iPhone app version 2.4.0. Since this download I can no longer load images and extract PANTONE colors. How can I correct this?After the recent update was posted, an error in the code was discovered which adversely effects the image extraction feature.
We have corrected the issue in a new release which is in final QA testing at this time, and is expected to be released to Apple very shortly.
Once the new release is posted to the Apple iTunes store you will be able to download it without additional cost.
